About Us
Black Gold Exploration and Production was formed in 2008 by its CEO Nic Boatwright as a non operator investor in Oil and Gas fields along the gulf coast of Louisiana. Since then Black Gold has expanded into operating wells in Louisiana and Texas as well as holding interest in a Texas refinery.
Exploration and Production
A US based Oil and Natural Gas production and development company that exploits data and exploration untaken by others in the past. We're rediscovering left behind oil and gas reserves in old wells using new technologies. Pursuing properties with past production histories, the least risk and the greatest profit potential. Our proprietary chemicals and tools have showed significant increase in production in older wells that were set to be plugged and abandoned.
South Texas Refinery
Black Gold has strategically positioned itself in refined products as way to diversify its assets against market volatility. We are heavily involved in purchasing crude oil from other operators and well as selling our refined products to end users.
